Let us know what works and what doesn't, what kind of system you're listening to it on, how it performs at high & low volumes on your system, etc. For example, this song bumps in my FJ's factory 6.1 at high volume, but I get lots of crackles at low volume on my PC's 5.1 Logitech surround system. Let us know if there's too much bass, not enough guitar, etc. All feedback will be read and utilized accordingly; some will even be taken out of context and posted for all to see below. Please keep in mind, that this version has not been mastered and many of the tracks were mixed down to single trax to save HDD space. Some trax, like the drums, were recorded as single stereo trax; because that's all our hardware could handle; so I can't change one thing without it affecting another. Also, all of the audio used here was recorded over ten years ago on consumer grade gear. Every track has some form of digital distortion in the form of pops and clicks, but these imperfections should be easily removed with the restoration software bundled in the new WaveLab. Unfortunately, WaveLab 7 hasn't shipped yet so I will take this time to apply this mix to the rest of the album. With your help and a push from Steinberg, we still might meet our anticipated 10 year release date of 10.20.10. Thanks for your help. |

I WOULD NOT HAVE KNOWN THERE WERE POPS UNLESS YOU SAID SOMETHING AND THE ONLY THING THAT WAS EVEN CLOSE TO BEING OFF WAS ONE OF ANDYS CYMBOLS WAS REALLY LOUD BUT THAT COULD JUST BE MY EAR PHONES.
